Native New Yorker and company founder Richard Wise began his building career at age 18, learning various trades and mastering the art of finish carpentry. It wasn't long before his talent and entrepreneurial drive led him to establish Wise Construction in 1980. Although no longer a practicing tradesman, Wise's hands-on building experience offers a unique perspective and advantage to the firm's project management. His encyclopedic knowledge offers immeasurable benefits to any project team.

Principal Andre Jones joined Wise Construction in 1996, accelerating the company's already rapid growth. Jones manages the administrative aspects of Wise Construction's business, overseeing contractual, financial and supervisory responsibilities. His ability to coordinate financial systems, subcontractors and personnel plays a crucial role in the success of each and every project. His careful guidance allows architects and clients to measure their choices by their budgetary impact and timing.
